Due to a power outage at Wakaw which is effecting the Humboldt/Wakaw  treatment plant, water distribution will temporarily be disrupted to all SHL Rural Pipeline Association Subcribers.  Sask-Water spokesman said that Sask-Power should have the power up and going by 3p.m.   Water service to the subscribers should be back in place by 5 p.m. as long as there are no unforeseen problems.  This pressure loss in the lines has prompted a Precautionary Drinking Water Advisory (PDWA) to be put into effect for a minimum of 72 hours.  An update will be issued as soon as the advisory is lifted.  Thank you for your cooperation.
